Okoli lokomotive so postavili tudi oder za dostop preiskovalcem, ki so ga odstranili zve\u010der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-5deb4af8-0474-49e5-8cab-38239efb54ad\">Podvozje na <strong>10-tonskem tenderju<\/strong> so zavarovali v poziciji s kovinskimi kabli. Kabel z desne so pritrdili na nosilno strukturo notranjega stopni\u0161\u010da in tistega z leve na na nosilni steber strehe. V mraku so dela osvetljevali s plinskimi svetilkami. Na notranjo teraso je privezan tudi prvi vagon, za tenderjem, ki je obstal na peronu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-0d26b0af-ef84-4aa3-9e10-a14d633fe66a\">V \u010detrtek 24. so kamnite bloke pro\u010delja zaradi la\u017ejega transporta razbili. Z <strong>manevrsko lokomotivo<\/strong> 1074 so <strong>potegnili pobegla prtlja\u017ena vagon in po\u0161tni vagon nazaj na tire<\/strong>, saj \u010de bi tender padel, bi ju potegnil za seboj. Odpeljali so jih v remizo Vaugirard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-e7a6437f-f81d-42fa-ae21-8a4c53b3793f\">Poskus premika s konji<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-ee1ebddf-a211-4958-b85b-ebe6d096b8e2\">Okoli lokomotive je vodja del (in\u017eenir vleke de Grieges) naro\u010dil izkopati jarek z namenom, da bi jo potegnili naprej in od zadaj spodneseli na oder lesenih traverz, ki bi ubla\u017eile padec. S tem namenom so ob \u0161tirih popoldne v vleko vpregli vsaj 12 konjev. Na koncu je niso uspeli premakniti niti za centimeter, kljub ve\u010dim poskusom. Vir slike: wikipedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-515ed0dc-4bb2-4a21-b83d-f815f61dd972\">Uslu\u017ebenci podjetja Cail so v soboto 26. 10. pripeljali na trg 6-tonsko dvigalo s kapaciteto dviga 250 ton. Porabili so celo dopoldne, da so ga utrdili in sestavili. Ob pol dveh popoldne so z njegovo pomo\u010djo spodnesli lokomotivo na lesen oder. Pri operaciji je sodelovalo 12 delavcev, ki so vrteli \u0161tiri vitle. Operacija je potekala zelo po\u010dasi, saj je bil glavni cilj prepre\u010diti kakr\u0161nekoli po\u0161kodbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-f660e909-eeaf-420a-b46d-a15d8987d969\">Podjetje Cail je tudi priskrbelo ogromen voz, na katerega so nalo\u017eili lokomotivo za prevoz do tehni\u010dne delavnice. Voz je vleklo 27 konjev. Prevoz je potekal pono\u010di, da voz zaradi svojih velikih dimenzij ni oviral prometa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-06295fe2-46ba-4a6b-ba47-6833733e2cf8\">Dvigalo pritrjeno s strani postaje so postavili v nedeljo 27.10., le-tega s \u0161kripcem povezali z lokomotivo in tender povlekli nazaj na postajo v torek. Tudi tender so nato odpeljali v remizo Vaugirard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-d3293c4a-d791-4f61-8d06-51a504462854\">Vse korake odstranjevanja vlaka je vsak dan spremljala velika mno\u017eica radovedne\u017eev, ki so tudi spremljali posamezne kon\u010dne rezultate z vzkliki ali aplavzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-99068c6c-31fa-43a8-88d3-4a935f1ba279\">\u010casnik Le Rappel je ocenil vrednost materialne \u0161kode za \u017eelezni\u0161ko dru\u017ebo na 50.000 frankov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-d70e12fe-2d1d-42ed-a6e3-7fb46b4672ca\">Do 28. 10. je bilo \u017ee vse pospravljeno. Ostali so le \u0161e varnostniki na trgu Rennes, ki so odvra\u010dali radovedne\u017ee, ki so prihajali gledat luknjo v tleh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-17155807-b1f0-4739-aea8-ab01e77ceab2\">Preiskava<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-e28ae081-527b-4d61-a235-255c0ecb29e7\">Namen preiskave je bil ugotoviti ali je bila zavora Westinghouse resni\u010dno v okvari in ugotoviti stopnjo odgovornosti strojevodje Pellerina in sprevodnika v sprednjem vagonu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-2bc0fe9e-27bb-4667-8d10-f36bab112a14\">Vagone, ki so ostali na tiru, so odpeljali v remizo na postajo Vaugirard. Tam so omejili dostop le za preiskovalce. Naslednji dan so s priklopom na lokomotivo preizkusili zavoro, ki je takoj prijela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-6b0d940c-34aa-45a9-bd13-289213fe16ff\">Okoli lokomotive so zgradili oder, da so lahko vanjo vstopili in\u017eenirji in pregledali stanje zavore. Vsi le\u017eaji so nepo\u0161kodovani, vendar bi bilo neustrezno sklepati izklju\u010dno iz te ugotovitve. Ve\u010dino sistemov so zape\u010datili v stanju, za kasnej\u0161i pregled v tehni\u010dni delavnici.<br>Iz preiskave tudi izhaja, da je strojevodja za\u010del z obra\u010danjem pare \u0161ele na postaji, okoli 20 &#8211; 30 m pred tirnim zaklju\u010dkom. Strojevodja ni v priporu, mnogi so se strinjali, da je v dani situaciji naredil vse kar je bilo mogo\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-41023abb-cba5-4b1c-990a-9a0a0ad49679\">Zasli\u0161ali so tudi vlakovodjo Mariette-a. Preiskovalci so potrdili, da je tudi zavora na tenderju nepo\u0161kodovana. Pregled je pokazal tudi da so vsi cevovodi v ustreznem stanju. Ostane le \u0161e <strong>pregled stanja le\u017eaja med lokomotivo in tenderjem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-ba642ace-26b0-431f-ba9e-ec8d72892a4c\">Preiskovalna komisija je \u017ee zasli\u0161ala strojevodjo Pellerina in kurja\u010da Garniera. Z vi\u0161jo hitrostjo sta \u017eelela nadoknaditi 7-minutno zamudo. Ponovila sta izjave, da Westinghouse zavora ni delovala, kljub trudu pare nista mogla obrniti niti ro\u010dna zavora na tenderju ni delovala. Pellerin je tudi izjavil, da s hitrostjo vo\u017enje 63 km\/h od versaillske postaje proti Parizu ni kr\u0161il pravilnika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-a1e5b3ae-c412-4fe2-b4f4-517d89a7dd66\">Izjava preiskovalca \u017eelezni\u0161ke dru\u017ebe in\u017e. Paulmier-ja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-853c5e79-03e8-4f51-a68f-0b9f2db0a6b9\"><em>Odgovornost strojevodje izhaja iz nespo\u0161tovanja pravil postaje, ki <strong>prepoveduje rabo Westinghouse zavore<\/strong>. Na postajo bi moral pripeljati najve\u010d s hitrostjo 12 km\/h, sam se je strinjal, da je njegova hitrost bila okoli 50 km\/h. Sprevodnika lahko pro\u017eita zra\u010dno zavoro samo v zavedanju skrajne situacije, vendar sta gospoda Mariette in Le Goff to storila prepozno. G. Pellerin je obrnil paro \u0161ele pred postajo, kar je bilo prepozno, to bi moral storiti \u017ee na ulici Chateau. Procedura obra\u010danja pare traja okoli 8 sekund in vlak je hitel s hitrostjo 16 m\/s. Trideset metrov pred zaporo proge to nima u\u010dinka. Ne glede na to je g. Pellerin dober uslu\u017ebenec dru\u017ebe in ima tudi olaj\u0161evalne okoli\u0161\u010dine, je obsodba malo verjetna.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-30511a8d-7b24-4933-a03f-116057df8ae6\">Uradna nota ministrstva javnih del<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-701970ba-ee08-4828-974e-d2d0b4e2bae9\"><em>Vzrok nesre\u010de \u0161e ni znan. Po izjavah strojevodje je Westinghouse zavora delovala celotno pot, nazadnje na kraju Ouest-Ceinture (zahodna obvoznica), kjer je na zavoju potrebno upo\u010dasniti na 40 km\/h. \u0160ele na prehodu ulice Chateau &#8211; tj. okoli 800 m od postaje, zavora ni prijela. Strojevodja je izjavil, da je takrat dal alarmni \u017evi\u017eg za pro\u017eenje zavore v vagonih, kar nekateri zaposleni v vlaku zavra\u010dajo. Sprevodnik v zadnjem vagonu je pro\u017eil zavoro \u0161ele znotraj postaje. Po vsej verjetnosti zaradi tega ostali vagoni niso sledili lokomotivi.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-e8b198b0-e1b2-4556-86b3-445f1257a805\">Poro\u010dilo izpostavlja, da se strojevodja <strong>ne bi smel zana\u0161ati na Westinghouse zra\u010dno zavoro<\/strong>, saj je v <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">veljavi pravilnik, ki z dnem 17. 7. 1883 prepoveduje uporabno zra\u010dne zavore za ustavljanje na postaji Paris-Montparnasse,<\/span><\/strong> podoben predpis velja tudi za postajo Bastille, ki ima podobno gradbeno strukturo in po vsej verjetnosti tudi za postajo Lyon. Tako je zaradi visokega nivoja perona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-f3b0adf6-b706-4c3a-9858-8f92305d48f4\">Kon\u010dno poro\u010dilo predano preiskovalnemu sodniku Bertulusu, vsebuje izsledke in rezultate preiskave. Dolo\u010ditev krivde in odgovornosti je prepu\u0161\u010dena sodniku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-efd06f84-a506-4e69-8a97-fcf1bb365c19\">Sodna obravnava<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-002ebd10-23f7-4b53-8c8c-989c937fab0e\">V za\u010detku leta 1896 je zadevo obravnavalo sodi\u0161\u010de. Januarja je bila s strani preiskovalcev vlo\u017eena to\u017eba proti strojevodji Pellerinu in vlakovodji Mariette-u za umor iz malomarnosti. Prva obravnava je bila 25. februarja. Preiskovalni niso uspeli potrditi ali je pred nesre\u010do zavora Westinghouse delovala ali ne.<br>Glede na pravilnik bi moral strojevodja upo\u010dasniti vlak brez Westinghouse zavore, pravtako naj bi pro\u017eil alarm za zaviranje v vagonih veliko prepozno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-36293dcf-31ba-41d9-be87-af6534687dbd\">Upo\u0161tevali so strojevodjevo namero, da nadoknadi zamudo, ki so jo povzro\u010dile storitve na postajah. Saj v takih primerih \u017eelezni\u0161ka dru\u017eba ne samo pohvali strojevodje, ampak jim izpla\u010da dodatek. Aprila je sodi\u0161\u010de objavilo svojo odlo\u010ditev, kjer je <strong>strojevodjo in vlakovodjo spoznala za kriva<\/strong> povzro\u010ditve umora iz malomarnosti. Upo\u0161tevajo\u010d vse olaj\u0161evalne okoli\u0161\u010dine je bil <strong>strojevodja Pellerin obsojen na dva meseca pogojnega zapora in kazen 50 frankov<\/strong>. Vlakovodja Mariette je bil kaznovan samo z denarno kaznijo 25 frankov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-bdc4f2bf-2457-4b3f-98c1-ba00461829dc\">Podobne nesre\u010de<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-47b2fc2d-48a3-4e6e-b36f-2e840ef5a1e4\">V kar nekaj \u010dlankih je bilo omenjeno, da so se v zadnjih nekaj letih zgodile \u0161tevilne podobne nesre\u010de. Na\u0161la sem tudi mnogo odstopanj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-2c0f1c4f-b13d-4cc1-b99b-0d71bcb2e11c\">Najbolj zanimivo se mi je zdelo, da so strojevodji Pellerinu dali zelo razli\u010dna imena &#8211; bil je Eugene &#8211; (Le Figaro), Maurice (La Justice, Le Rappel La Lanterne), Louis (Le Matin, Le Temps). Na koncu je zmagal Guillaume, nekateri \u010dasopisi so do tega pri\u0161li tudi v kasnej\u0161ih \u010dlankih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-3d2c7db9-1537-4bfd-937b-6c471b48e547\">Drugo veliko odstopanje je bilo v \u010drkovanju priimka \u017ertve Augustine Haiguillard, H\u00e9guillard, Agu\u00e9lard, Aquilard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-1313b0fc-5735-4a87-b9ca-f1532668d725\">Tretja stvar, ki bila zelo o\u010ditna, da so vsi poro\u010devalci, za vsako omenjeno osebo dopisali ne samo ime, ampak tudi starost, poklic in naslov. O\u010ditno je bila to nujna praksa tistega obdobja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-e256717f-9ba2-4c26-a86d-46bbf373fbe9\">Natan\u010dne podatke, posebno o poteku in rezultatih preiskave, bi lahko dobila v arhivu zdaj neobstoje\u010de \u017eelezni\u0161ke dru\u017ebe. Vendar cilj tega \u010dlanka je bil bolj pregled poro\u010dil v \u010dasopisih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-ad508807-6fe2-45a3-9c23-dbf40c62b4c3\">Filmska uprizoritev<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-dc9ccc56-1121-4530-94f3-de035e5b937f\">To nesre\u010do so uprizorili tudi v <strong>filmu Hugo (2011)<\/strong>, re\u017eiserja Brian Selznicka. Film se v celoti dogaja na postaji Montparnasse. Njegov protagonist je tudi Georges Melies s svojo stojnico z igra\u010dami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" id=\"block-c27d30e7-e23e-4479-a3c6-ebd6cb18e0e6\">V spodnjem youtube videu, lahko vidite samo sceno in nato opis, kako so jo pripravili. Za filmski u\u010dinek ima veliko dalj\u0161o pot po postaji, ne samo 15 m do stene. V\u0161e\u010d mi je, da so tudi v filmu dodali, da zgazi \u010dasopisni kiosk.
